Our Promise to You
We stand behind everything we make. If a Lyra product doesn't work out, you're covered two ways, depending on why you're returning it.
1. Changed your mind? 7-Day Returns
Within 7 days of delivery, request a return, no questions asked. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. For unopened returns, you cover the return shipping, so please factor that in.
Start a return online yourself or contact us for help. Items sent back without a requested return can't be accepted.
2. Not satisfied? 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with a Lyra product bought on our store (https://lyradrinks.com/), we'll make it right with a replacement, a different flavor, or a full refund. Just email help@lyradrinks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong.

Who's covered
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is for original consumer purchasers on this store in Hong Kong only. It doesn't apply to products bought on other platforms, since we can't guarantee their quality.
How a request is handled
- We may ask for photos or other details to process your request, and we'll send instructions for returning the products.
- We may use your information (email, phone, address, IP) to keep this policy fair.
- We can verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and decline requests where we suspect fraud or misuse.
Getting your refund
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Once we've received and inspected a return, we'll tell you if it's approved. If it is, expect the refund within 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.
- If 15 business days pass after approval with no refund, contact us for an update.
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase aren't eligible.
The fine print
This policy may change or be withdrawn without notice. By using the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you agree to these terms. Effective from 2026 June 15, it applies to all Lyra products bought through https://lyradrinks.com/ and stays in effect until further notice.
